Principal Inspector

InterNACHI ID: NACHI26022101

I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to know how things work and why something isn’t working the way it should. That curiosity, along with my background in construction, is a big part of what drew me to home inspection.

What I enjoy most is that every house has a story. No two homes are exactly alike, and I genuinely enjoy working through a property piece by piece, learning how it was built, how it has changed over time, and helping my clients understand what I see.

I know buying a home can be exciting and stressful at the same time. My goal isn’t to scare someone away from a house or tell them whether to buy it. It’s to give them clear information, answer their questions, and help them understand the home they’re considering.

Outside of inspections, I enjoy cars, boats, being outdoors, and spending time with family. Prince Home Inspections is a family business, and I want every client to feel like they’re dealing with real people who care about doing the job right.

Megan Prince

Chief Operating Officer

Megan is a big part of what makes Prince Home Inspections feel like a family business instead of just another inspection company.

As Chief Operating Officer, she handles much of the communication, scheduling, and organization that happens before and after an inspection.

Megan genuinely enjoys helping people. She understands that buying or selling a home can come with a lot of questions, deadlines, and uncertainty, and she works hard to make the inspection side of the process straightforward and easy to understand.

While Kevin is usually focused on the house, Megan is focused on the people. She helps make sure clients know what to expect, get the information they need, and have someone they can reach when questions come up.

Together, Kevin and Megan have built Prince Home Inspections around a simple idea: treat people the way they would want their own family to be treated.
